
Exhibitor Prospectus
The TN Trauma Symposium sessions will be held on Thursday, July 27, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, and the TNACS Annual Meeting sessions will start on Friday, July 28, 11:00 am.
Exhibitors may arrive Thursday or Friday as best fulfills your marketing strategy. There is one exhibit fee for the event.

1) Commercial Promotion Opportunities
Exhibit Booths
Tabletop Exhibit ($2,500) Includes:
- One 6’ draped table and 2 chairs
- Two complimentary representative ID badges (additional badges may be purchased for $125 each)
- Complimentary Breakfast, Lunch, Breaks, Receptions, Dinners (registration required for dinners)
Exhibitors will be notified of confirmed exhibit space by July 15, 2023
Exhibit space is limited and will be assigned on a first-paid/first-served basis.
Shipping, Box pickup, Electricity, AV
There is no storage space at the Fall Creek Falls Lodge for exhibitor shipments. So, plan to bring your exhibitor supplies (table top exhibits only) and take them with you when you leave.
Power cords / surge protectors / AV equipment are not available at Fall Creek Falls Lodge. Bring what you need with you. Be sure to indicate if you need access to an electrical outlet on the registration form (spaces are limited).

3) Commercial Support Opportunities / Educational Grants
The Tennessee Chapter, ACS (TNACS) provides companies the opportunity to support the 2023 Annual Meeting Scientific Sessions in the form of an educational grant.
Educational grants may be used to support the meeting as a whole, faculty honoraria and expenses, and food and beverage for all learners.

Exhibitors who are staying until Sunday are welcome to join the group for the Saturday evening social events. Registration required.
Cancellations
Registration
Registration will close at 11:59 PM CT on July 22, 2023. Onsite registration will not be available.
When you register online, you will have the option to pay by mail with a check or pay online with a credit card (AMEX, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa). You will receive two emails once you register – 1) a confirmation email and 2) a registration statement email which serves as your receipt (if you paid by credit card) or invoice (if you plan to pay by check).
If you are paying by check, make your check payable to KnowledgeConnex, include your invoice # that is on your registration statement email, and mail your check to KnowledgeConnex. The mailing address will be on the registration statement email.
