Notice of Proposed TNACS Bylaw Amendments

This serves as the official notice of TNACS Bylaw amendments that will be presented to the members who are present at the TNACS Annual Business Meeting on Sunday,  July 30, 2023.

The proposed amendments are printed in red in Articles IV, VI, and VII. These amendments were proposed by the TNACS Strategic Planning Team and have been approved by the TNACS Board of Directors. The goals of the amendments are to expand and enhance the activities of Chapter officers and directors, promote transparency and diversity within the election process, and improve the efficiency of the Board of Directors.
