2026 SurgeonsPAC State Challenge 

The 2026 SurgeonsPAC State Challenge is a friendly competition among states taking place in the weeks leading up to Clinical Congress.

Until Sept. 29, states will compete based on their SurgeonsPAC participation rate — the percentage of contribution-eligible members who have contributed. By measuring participation rather than total dollars raised, every state has an equal opportunity to climb the leaderboard. All contributions made to SurgeonsPAC on or after January 1, 2026 count toward a state’s participation rate.

The leaderboard will be updated throughout the Challenge so members can follow their state’s progress and see how it stacks up against others.
